Inspiration for Day Three filming

With the shots that I had imagined creating on my storyboard of the close-ups and of my actress lip-synching, I had gained inspiration from some various other music videos.

Back when I was researching for my music video, I came across the music video 'Nothing compares 2U' by Sinead O'Connor.



I was captivated by the continuous close up shot of the singer singing and crying, as I feel it conveys the powerful emotion of the lyrics and creates the simple music video to appear beautiful and it stands out against other music videos. I aim to convey the simplicity of the artist crying and lip-syncing with the basic colours and extreme close up shot in my own music video. 

In addition I also was inspired by Demi Lovato's music video; Skyscraper. This video also features close up cinematography shots of the artists crying and lip-syncing, as shown below.
